• Financial Reporting: Annual income summaries and 1099 statement preparation.

• Property Upkeep: One seasonal deep cleaning (fall or spring, per owner request).

• Communication: Monthly PDF reports detailing all inspection findings, repairs, and tenant work requests.

• Includes all Economy and Full Service Package features, plus:

• Seasonal Maintenance: Bi-annual gutter cleaning and comprehensive winterization services.

• HVAC Support: Professional annual HVAC service coordination.

• Enhanced Upkeep: Two seasonal deep cleanings per year (both fall and spring).

• Repair Rates: Repairs exceeding the monthly fee allocation are billed at $25/hour.
